Variety Creative Arts Program Expression of Interest

If successful in your application, will you be available to meet with the Therapist prior to the Program commencing for an introduction and planning session? * Required
Do you have a dedicated room where the Creative Arts Program can be delivered consistently at each week? * Required
Do you agree to liaise with Parents/Carers. e.g. distribute and collect Parent Permission Forms before the commencement of the Program, and where there is a need, communicate notes/concerns between parents/carers and the Therapist. * Required
Would you allow the students to attend the Program’s pre and post 1:1 assessment interviews with the Therapist. 20-25 minutes each assessment? * Required
Are you able to provide a dedicated Teachers Aide who is available consistently throughout the duration of the Program? * Required
To ensure minimal disruptions to the Program delivery and efficacy, the day and venue must be consistent and avoids any conflict with any scheduled activities during the term. * Required
Distribute and collect pre/post assessment short surveys to classroom teachers and the school’s leadership team which is crucial for enhancing and adapting the Program for future participating schools and other organisations? * Required
Share stories and testimonials of parents/carers, children, and teachers. Although, this is not essential to be accepted into the program, it will be very much appreciated. It allows Variety to spread the word about programs and the support it offers, as well as provide the content to engage with our supporters, philanthropic funding and corporate partnerships. Student names will be withheld.
