Variety respects your privacy. The information you provide is used to assess your booking request for the Liberty Swing. We may share it with organisations that help us deliver this service or when the law requires it. We will not use your sensitive information for marketing unless you give us permission.

Condition and use
Variety carries out regular checks and maintenance on the Liberty Swing. Your organisation agrees to inspect the swing when collecting it and before each use. You accept the condition of the swing at the time you collect it.
Your organisation is responsible for deciding whether the swing is suitable and safe for your activity and environment. You agree to clean the swing and return it in good condition.
If you see any damage or a safety concern, you must immediately stop using the swing and contact us at kidssupport@varietyqld.org.au or 07 3907 9300.
Transport and legal requirements
If your organisation transports the Liberty Swing, you must follow all road laws and towing requirements. This includes making sure the towing vehicle is suitable, that the tow bar and connections meet safety standards, and that lighting and safety chains are correctly attached.
Variety may help with transport when available, but cannot guarantee this service.
Collection, setup, supervision and return
Your organisation is responsible for safely collecting, setting up, supervising, using and returning the Liberty Swing. You agree to follow all safety guidelines and setup instructions. A responsible adult must supervise use at all times.
Only trained or competent persons may set up or adjust the swing.
Assumption of risk
Your organisation understands that using and transporting the Liberty Swing carries risks. This includes the risk of injury. You accept these risks and agree to take reasonable care to prevent harm.
Release and indemnity
As allowed by law, your organisation releases Variety Queensland and its officers, employees and volunteers from any claim, loss or damage linked to the transport, setup, use or return of the Liberty Swing.
Your organisation agrees to indemnify Variety Queensland for any loss, cost or claim that results from your use of the swing or from any breach of these terms, except where Variety Queensland is proven to be negligent.
Your organisation confirms that it holds appropriate insurance, including public liability, that covers the transport, setup, use and return of the Liberty Swing while it is in your care.
You must report any injury, incident, near miss or damage to Variety Queensland as soon as possible. You must stop using the swing until Variety confirms that it is safe.
